John Martinez is an entrepreneur & business owner who understands the nuances and intricacies of evaluating, selling, and buying businesses at the deepest levels.

He began his business journey as an all-commission insurance salesperson more than two decades ago, and has since built, operated, sold and purchased multiple 7 & 8-figure businesses.

John now focuses on helping others do the same… exit their businesses and/or acquire existing businesses with confidence.

John and Amanda Martinez have a long history in business, and now spend their time owing/operating a number of First Choice Business Brokerages.

In 2013, John & Amanda started their entrepreneurial journey together with the formation of Midwest Revenue Group, a sales training & consulting company.

While growing MRG into a 7-figure business, they were able to work with, and be mentored by, business legends like Frank Kern, Jesse Itzler, and Darren Hardy.

Midwest Revenue group was ultimately acquired by a 3rd party, after which John & Amanda turned their attention to buying, operating and selling businesses.

Today, their primary focus is on helping others buy and sell businesses with ease and confidence.

Gabe Monroy has been a successful business owner for 7 plus years in the real estate industry. As a business owner himself, he realizes the importance of making the right choices when buying and/or selling a business. His personal experience and success in the small business community gives him a perspective and edge that will benefit business entrepreneurs that are buying and selling. Gabe makes it his top priority to serve his clients with the highest level of value.

Gary Battaglia is a business broker for First Choice Business Broker. Working with small and large businesses since 2000, building strong relationships with clients while servicing their needs. 

Gary had 28 years’ experience as a risk manager focusing commercial risks businesses. Likes of various industries including manufacturing, distributors, assemblers, retail, and restaurants.  As a business agent with First Choice Business Broker, I will be able to serve my clients with a good understanding about all aspects of the client’s business.  Always working for the client’s best interest and always available facilitating and closing the transactions.

When it comes time to sell your company you will need a broker to facilitate the transaction producing accurate market valuations that helps you achieve the best opportunities.  Gary’s expertise in helping 1000’s of business owners’ ovoid’s costly mistakes and wasting valuable time in completing the client’s business transaction.

Ryan Riggs is a businessman, investor, and entrepreneur.  His background includes business ownership in the real estate, apparel, and cattle industries, as well as various executive level positions, including his most recent Director role with a Fortune 500 company.

His passion and drive for business, obsessive attention to detail, and the joy of helping others, is what lead Ryan to First Choice Business Brokers, with the mission of using his experience and expertise to help you achieve your personal and professional goals and aspirations.

Rob's background includes Manufacturing, Quality, Operations and Production Management.

Rob has run a number of his own Businesses from Sign Manufacture and installation, to Book Wholesaling and Property Development.
